Good to know
How long does it take?
Each moon is made to order in 4–12 days, then ships free with tracking in 5–11 business days. Order by November 25 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces fill a good part of the picture. Couples, kids and pets look great.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes. It charges by USB in 4–6 hours and glows for 8–30 hours, so it can sit anywhere without a cable.
Can I return it?
Because each moon is personalized, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
